Clean hotel, very pleasant and exceptional staff from Rome service to resection. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table in the room. Had gates. Location - beautiful, short walk to the harbour / shops of Puerto Banus, the beach and Puerto banus harbour and central Puerto Banus.

We enjoyed everything!!!!! Had a Superior-DZ on the ground floor with a nice terrace and access to the level lounges. There is a smaller pool with pool bar for adults and a larger pool where you can swim in the morning and which has a small boundary for children. The hotel is generally very child-friendly, but also offers a lot of space for guests who are looking for quietness. The whole staff is very friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

breakfast great, accommodation, cleanliness as far as everything ok, disturbing were English golf groups, which came in over the weekend and in disturbing volumes from morning (breakfast) to evening/night the recreational value in the beautiful hotel complex limited
Shower cap in the bathroom and also a WC brush are part of the equipment in the bathroom, right?

Breakfast was good, lived up to expectations. Room quite spacious. Outside area is relaxing with the rest areas and loungers.
The staff at the check-in was quite incompetent. Complaints were sometimes settled slowly or not at all (no toilet brush during the stay)

Had really good stay during the half term holidays and the weather was unusually nice. Me and my family we liked the room, it was spotless and normal double.

Big yard nice swimmingpools. The Hotel was quit good located near the beach excellent for watersports. Next to beach nice beach boulevard very good for running and walking. Banus and corte ingles close.
The hotel was bit boring and there was nothing else to do than pools and tennis and baddle courts( free of use++). No gym no spa no free internet.Childrens club was located in smelly basement. Ok for few nights but longer time I would not go again

very rich breakfast in a very nice atmosphere, the location of the hotel is very good, only a few minutes walk to the beach and in the immediate vicinity of Porta Banos with many restaurants and shops
there's nothing wrong, everything was very good.

Very nice hotel and good service.
We booked a room with seaview but there was just a sandy backyard with cars and a view of a river. You have to hang out with your body from the balcony to see a little of the sea. Not ok to write in hotelinformation that you can book a room with seaview. Staff were very friendly so we could change room.
